  • Onion Rings
    Crispy rings of Spanish onion, dipped in beer batter, fried and topped with our signature chipotle aioli.
  • Greek Fries
    Fresh-cut fries seasoned with lemon pepper, and fresh herbs. Topped with feta cheese, roasted garlic feta aioli and fresh basil vinaigrette.
  • Chicken Wings
    1lb of wings with carrot & celery sticks, served with a side of classic Danish blue cheese sauce. Available Grilled or Fried.

  • Nachos Caballo Oscuros
    Authentic Mexican tortilla chips, layered with mozzarella & cheddar, topped with lettuce, Pico de Gallo, pickled jalapenos, sour cream, and a side of our fire-roasted tomato salsa.

    Classic Quebecois-style poutine made with fresh-cut fries, chunky cheese curds and our signature gravy.

    Sweet white onions caramelized in brandy and served in a rich beef broth. Finished with crispy sourdough crouton and melted gruyere cheese.

  • Dark Horse Salad
    Heritage blend spring mix tossed in fresh orange vinaigrette, with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, aged white cheddar, fresh diced oranges and spicy toasted cashews.
  • Caesar Salad
    Chopped romaine tossed in classic creamy Caesar dressing, with crispy bacon crumble and croutons, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
  • Greek Salad
    Romaine hearts chopped and dressed with a Mediterranean herbed vinaigrette. Topped with crumbled feta cheese, black olives, diced bell pepper, red onion and fresh tomatoes.


  • Roquefort Steak Frites
    8oz flat-iron steak, grilled over open flame and finished with a creamy blue-cheese Roquefort sauce. Served with fries.
  • Shepherd’s Pie
    Ground beef chuck and ground pork, sautéed with our rich beef stock, topped with carrots and celery and sweet green peas. Finished with buttery mashed potato and served with a side of roasted winter vegetables.
  • Fish & Chips
    Fillet of haddock in GLB Premium Lager beer batter, with coleslaw & tartar sauce; served with fries.

    Grilled chicken club sandwich served on toasted sourdough bread. Topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, romaine lettuce, tomato, guacamole, alfalfa and our garlic aioli. Served with fries.
